Submission Instructions 投稿须知


2025 The 10th International Conference on Computer and Communication Systems as the annual premier computer and communication systems development meeting, will be held in Chengdu, China from April 18-21, 2025. The conference will include plenary sessions, contributed paper sessions, workshops sessions, exhibitions, etc. You can follow the below guideline to submit your full paper or abstract.

  • 1. Presentation & Publication 全文投稿为出版和参会需求
    Full Papers will be invited to give the presentation,and the paper will be published in the conference proceedings.

    Language
    English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

    Paper Length Limit
    Each paper should be more than 4 full pages normally,including all figures, tables, and references.

    Extra Pages
    The first 6 pages are free of extra fee, extra pages will be charged at $60 (US dollars/per page) when the paper exceeds 6 pages.
  • 2. Presentation Only 摘要为只参会交流展示研究成果需求
    Abstract (300-500 words) will be accepted and author will be invited to give the oral presentation onsite as well, however, neither the abstract nor the presentation would be published.

  • 3. Peer Review Process 同行评审程序

    All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring a high standard of academic integrity and objectivity. Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:

    • Originality: The paper must present novel ideas, methods, or findings. Incremental improvements to existing work should provide substantial added value.
    • Relevance: The research must align with the conference themes and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the field.
    • Technical Quality: The work should be technically sound, with appropriate methodologies, accurate data analysis, and robust conclusions.
    • Clarity of Presentation: Papers should be well-organized, written in clear English, and include all necessary figures, tables, and references to support the content.

    4. Plagiarism Policy 抄袭政策

    The conference maintains a strict anti-plagiarism policy to uphold academic integrity. All submissions will be screened using advanced plagiarism detection software. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

    • Direct copying of previously published content without proper citation.
    • Excessive self-plagiarism (recycling substantial parts of your own previously published work).
    • Misattribution of ideas or data.

    Authors found violating these guidelines will have their papers rejected and may be reported to their institutions for further investigation.

    5. Ethical Guidelines 学术道德准则

    The conference is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. Authors, reviewers, and organizers must abide by the following principles:

    • Authorship: Only those who have made significant contributions to the research should be listed as authors. Contributors must have approved the final manuscript.
    • Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence their research or its interpretation.
    • Data Transparency: Authors should provide sufficient details and raw data (if requested) to allow others to replicate the work.
    • Adherence to Guidelines: Authors must ensure their submissions follow the conference’s formatting, submission, and ethical requirements.

    By submitting a paper, authors affirm their agreement to these terms. Any breaches of these ethical standards will result in appropriate actions, such as withdrawal of the paper or exclusion from future conferences.
